Itinerary for Fiesta Classic Jan. 13th-16th:
Friday, January 13th- Meet at the Bakersfield airport at 4:15 pm. You
will need to show a photo id when we check in. The flight leaves at 6:00pm
(but we have to check in at least 1.5 hours early). We will arrive in
Phoenix at 9:00 pm.
Saturday, January 14th- Play (not sure am or pm wave, I will try to find
out)
Sunday, January 15th- Play
Monday, January 16th-Play. Arrive to the Phoenix airport at 3:00pm, check
in by 3:30. The flight leaves at 5:30 pm, arriving in Bakersfield at 6:00
pm. Your parents should be at the airport to pick you up Monday the 16th at
6:00.
We will be staying at the Amerisuites hotel in Tempe, AZ. The phone
number for the hotel is 480-831-9800. The hotel will provide a continental
breakfast every morning.
You will need to back two bags, one to carry on and one to check. Below
is a list of everything I want packed in your carry on bag:
-2 pair of spandex
-red and black jersey
-warm-up sweats
-knee pads
-ankle braces
-shoes
-2 pair of black socks
-spending money
-photo id
**You are responsible for paying for all your meals, snacks, water,
t-shirts, and anything else you want to spend your money on.
